Very rude customer service He tried to gouge for more money to tow my car because he had to drive on gravel to get it He even hung up on me when I was being told he wanted more money. I thought he was joking that he didn’t want to get his shiny tow truck dusty?The most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen in my life Actually told him to go away. I’ll wait for a real tow truck company I actually had to go find his driver because he couldn’t get to my house. I guess he couldn’t follow directions or Google maps.. Tried to tell me it was his new driver that’s why he couldn’t find my address lots of excuses. If you need to have a shiny tow truck pick you up then this is your guy. Just be ready for the surprise charges
