They lost our car coming out of Boston and they told me that they do not care and are not responsible for it.
They are not cooperating with the insurance company to settle this.

No proof, just coincidence?
Car was delivered (we needed to drive the driver back to his truck - long story) with some grease stains in the driver seat, etc., but…
Our Hum system (runs/communicates vehicle diagnostics) sent us an alert (in 5 years, I’ve never received one) a few hours after delivery, warning of the alternator running out of spec (time stamped for just before delivery). The next day, I received another alert that the system was off-line, as of the same time.
Guess what? When checked, the unit that plugs-in under the steering wheel was missing.
No response to repeated requests for explanation.
