This place is a joke. They never answer the phone. He asked me if I was on drugs because I couldn't hear him over his accent. Had to wait at the impound yard for someone for 45 minutes. Treated me like crap. Very unprofessional.

Would give zero stars if I could. Utah Highway Patrol canceled my tow and called Freddy instead. He charged me $1108. Other guys had quoted me between $500-600. When I expressed concern about price gouging, he protested that conditions were more difficult than he thought, and it took twice as long as expected. Wanted me to pay in cash or using Venmo. Initially tried to add a 5% fee for using a credit card, but backed it down to 3% when I told him I knew that was above the state’s legal limit for towing services. When I called UDOT, they seemed to know about him. After I got my car back, I googled his name and found that he is suing the state/UDOT. For the life of me, I cannot figure out why the UHP hired this guy.

Terrible service. Freddy will answer the phone tell you to hold and never get back to you. One time I called and was put on hold so I waited because wanted to see how long it would take. I hung up after 15 mins. It seems like they will purposefully not answer their phones so the storage fees will add up.

Charged double the legal amount to tow our car 2 miles. $659. Was threatening. Lied to us. Made us wait to collect car at tow yard. When expressed concern and refused to pay excessive charge locked us in tow yard. Had to call police.
