This carrier damaged the front end of my car and failed to take responsibility. They took 'before' pictures but refused to take 'after' pictures per the broker's requirements. They hid the damage from my wife by parking the car up against a sight barrier and failed to instruct her to do a walkaround of the car. They refuse to respond to my calls/emails and those of the broker. Zero ownership, integrity, trustworthiness from my customer experience.
